Problem

A set of works will remove step-free accessibility for a station, sometimes for just one line or platform.

To do

Write and produce posters to alert customers to the closure and provide alternative travel advice.

Copy and layout

The posters need to alert customers that need step-free accessibility and give them alternative travel advice.

The copy needs to be clear, concise and targeted, in order to reassure customers and redirect them quickly.

Because of the needs of the affected customers, a user-centric approach is even more important, and the message needs to be adjusted to provide specific advice for every journey.
