Camden Points
Problem
A set of works will seperate the two branches of the Northern line.
This will put a lot of pressure on Camden Town station, where these two branches meet, as customers look to change.
To do
Write and produce posters to alert customers of the closure and advise them of their alternative travel options.
Copy and layout
The posters need to deter customers from changing at Camden Town, and guide them through using alternative routes.
The copy needs to be clear, concise and targeted, in order to reassure customers and redirect them quickly.
A user-centric approach is needed, and the message needs to be adjusted for every location, and for every journey.
A well-designed visual would be useful, to quickly convey how the two branches are operating.
